 How do we
pray?
Here are two simple
patterns you may want to use (until you no longer need a pattern).
Use
the numbers 1 to 10 as a pattern. You can alternate, one person do 1, 2 the
other person do 3, 4 etc..
1- Welcome the Holy Spirit to MOVE in your
midst. Pray for a spirit of prayer to fill your hearts.
2 - Thank God
for ERASING your sins through Jesus' work on the cross and His blood. Repent of
personal sins and repent of anything that you believe grieves the Holy Spirit.
(Just say father we repent of any personal sins we have in our life. We repent
of anything that would grieve the Holy Spirit. We desire that this time with
you will be pure and holy.)
3- Receive His HEALING, FORGIVNESS and
RESTORATION and began to thank Him for it.
4- Pray for the leaders in
your life (your company owner, your manager, the president of the United
States, local government, your pastor, elders) Ask God to OPEN hearts and eyes
to those policies and programs that are not based on the truths found in His
Word. Ask God to protect them and their families. Pray blessings on their
businesses and business decisions.
5- Ask God to DIRECT you in
reaching the lost and the backsliders. Ask Him to make you a greater witness of
the gospel. On your jobs, at home wherever you go. Ask God to speak to you and
bless you during this time of fasting. Ask Him for the power to continue and
finish your course.
6- INTERCEDE for family members, co-works, church
members, churches, pastors, friends, neighbors, ex-church members, ex-husbands,
ex-wife’s, people who have hurt you in the past. You don’t have to
mention names here.
7- THANK God for His faithfulness.
8-
Adoration -- Take time to Praise God for who He is.(Savior/Creator/Mighty
God/Truth/King of Kings, Lord of Lords, etc.
9- Thanksgiving Thank God
for what He does. (forgives/comforts/protects/heals/loves,etc.)
10-
Surrender all to God, knowing that He hears your prayers and will answer!
Release your faith in Jesus name!
